We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our GTM strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration with clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, outbound strategies, and revenue operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. GTM Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the TechOps team to design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales pipelines, and implement scalable processes to achieve revenue targets.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their unique business challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, working flexible hours to align with US time zones when necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create seamless workflows that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years in GTM roles such as Growth Hacker, Revenue Consultant, or similar positions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), and data analytics tools.
- Outbound Mastery: Deep understanding of LinkedIn strategies and other outbound prospecting techniques.
- Cross-functional Knowledge: Proven experience working with sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue teams to drive business outcomes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement innovative GTM strategies with a results-driven approach.
- Client Relations: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships.
