We’re looking for a senior UX specialist to join our R&D team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a key role in our product team as we scale; reporting directly to our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). What You’ll Do

💡 Shape the Future – Collaborate with the CEO, CPTO, and Head of Customer Success to define the next-generation UX that transforms Sales professionals into super-sellers.
🎨 Establish UX Identity – Create and enforce a consistent, seamless brand identity and user experience across our platform.
🚀 Drive Innovation – Integrate new business models and growth strategies into the UX design.
🖌 Turn Vision into UI – Work closely with the UI designer to translate ideas into clear, detailed UI specifications.
📖 Define UX Processes – Formalize and document UX/UI guidelines to ensure alignment and efficiency across teams.
🛠 Collaborate with R&D – Partner with engineering team to ensure the flawless execution of UX designs.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Visionary Thinker – Experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative business models and processes.
✔ User-Centric Designer – Proven experience crafting UX for non-technical audiences.
✔ Startup Experience – Comfortable leading UX in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
✔ Figma Pro – Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
✔ Data Visualization Savvy – Skilled in presenting complex data in a clear, intuitive way.
✔ Mobile & Responsive UX – Experience designing for small form factors (mobile, compact laptop screens, etc.).
✔ Conversational UX – Experience working with bots and AI-driven interactions is a plus.
