We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our R&D team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a pivotal role in our product team as we scale, reporting directly to our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). What You’ll Do

💡 Lead & Inspire – Conduct workshops and discussions with customers and business stakeholders to shape product requirements.
📌 Define & Prioritize – Translate business needs into crystal-clear user stories, feature specs, and acceptance criteria.
🎨 Collaborate – Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers and engineers to bring innovative features to life.
🚀 Drive Execution – Own the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business impact.
🎤 Be the Customer’s Voice – Advocate for user needs and ensure what we build truly adds value.
✅ Ensure Quality – Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality deliveries.
📊 Demo Like a Pro – Lead product demos for internal teams and Sales to showcase the product’s power.
🔍 Research & Strategize – Partner with the CEO & CPTO to refine the product vision, roadmap, and competitive strategy.
📚 Become the Expert – Train and support internal teams, ensuring our product knowledge is second to none.

✔ Sales & Marketing Savvy (a plus!) – Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is a bonus.
