Head of Operations - Boon.ai (formerly Aptivio), an innovative AI-powered startup based in New York City, is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee our finance and operational functions. This hybrid role will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing our business operations as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Boon's growth objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
Create and deliver comprehensive management reports for all stakeholders
Manage day-to-day operations, including finance, HR
Optimize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's assets

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in operations and finance leadership roles, preferably in tech startups
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
Experience with data-driven decision making and performance metrics
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
